Packages:

1. Online movement & yoga classes: the goal is to create awareness through movement. In the classes we work on strength and flexibility to improve focus, concentration and wellbeing, breathwork to ease and calm the reactions and emotions and movement meditation. This classes can take place once a week or more often, depending on the requests. It's duration can be from 45 min to 90 min.

 

2. On-demand access: pre-recorded videos to be accessed and played anytime when it's more suitable. Movement breaks to awaken the body, improving blood circulation to the brain and boost creativity & efficiency at work. 

 

3. Workshops: Monthly workshops focused on a specific topic as mindfulness, stress management, and emotional wellbeing, designed to support your team's growth. This workshops can take up to 3hours and are composed by a practical and theoretical component.
